Sustainable development criteria and construction resource use

This guidance has been developed to raise awareness of the sustainable development issues influenced by the construction industry. It aims to provide simple advice for any organisation taking sustainable development into account when sourcing construction materials.

In particular, it allows those involved in the construction industry to increase their knowledge and awareness of the key sustainable development issues in relation to procurement of construction materials.
