The Position
• Associate, or Director level for an outstanding candidate
• Leading CIRIA’s infrastructure, technology and process work
areas
• Key business development and representative role
• Leading the development of relationships with industry, government
and academia
• Champion for technology and process improvement within the industry
The Candidate
• High calibre director or senior manager with team management experience
• Demonstrable strategic, operational and commercial acumen gained in
the construction sector
• Good understanding of the construction sector’s needs and empathy
with CIRIA’s aims
• Strong business development skills
• Confident and influential communicator with excellent interpersonal
and relationship building skills
